💰 Refund & Cancellation Policy

TapNConnect provides digital services such as AI Review, Smart Review, business profiles, and QR-based customer interaction tools. Please read our refund and cancellation terms below.
1. Subscription Fees
All subscription payments made on TapNConnect are for digital services and are non-refundable once the service is activated.
2. No Refund Conditions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- If the service has already been activated in your dashboard.
- If QR codes, links, or reviews have already been generated.
- If you entered incorrect business details.
- For partial usage of subscription services.
3. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their subscription anytime. Cancellation will stop future payments, but the current cycle remains active until expiry.
4. Duplicate Payment
If you were charged twice due to payment gateway error, email us at support@tapnconnect.in with:
- Payment screenshot
- Transaction ID
- Registered mobile number
Refund for duplicate payments will be processed within 5–7 business days.
5. Service Issues
If you face any technical issue, we will assist you through support. Refunds will not be offered unless the issue is proven unresolvable.
